Arizona Environmental Inspection Research Reports

Every commercial building inspection and property condition assessment PCA we perform will have a  Neighborhood Environmental Report included. The report scans over 1,400 databases and millions of records of potential land and groundwater contamination within 1 mile* of the property inspected.

In the report you will see:

• Location of leaking tanks (e.g. gas stations)
• Location of spills (e.g. manufacturing and dry cleaners)
• Former oil tank spills at residential homes
• Clandestine drug lab/meth lab homes (34,000+ known in the US)
• Location of “Superfund” sites (about 1300 in the US)

All potential building owners should consider screening, but it is especially important to screen buildings within ½ mile of gas stations, dry cleaners, or general commercial use.
